I’ve had my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD Premium for about three weeks and nearly 2,000 miles, and I love it so far. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior is packed with modern tech, and everything feels well thought out and solid. I’m getting the advertised MPG, which was a big reason I chose the hybrid, and it’s been consistent in real-world driving. On top of that, the design is beautiful inside and out. It feels like a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and luxury.

I had a great experience looking at cars at this dealership. The staff was friendly, showroom and bathroom were great, and bathroom was clean (more than I can say about some of the other dealerships I visited.)

I purchased my 2025 NX350 luxury hybrid from Monterey Peninsula Lexus. I have had the car for a couple of months and just love everything about it!  Finding the perfect car these days can be a challenge but working with the team at Monterey Lexus made it easy. Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. And, he is also a great texter, and kept me apprised of developments. Thanks Marcus, you are a pleasure to do business with!

We purchased our truck in January and so far it has been excellent. I see people complaining about the interior being plastic. Well, most ALL cars are plastic inside and outside. We're older and think the Z71 Interior is well designed for comfort. Not a fan of things being put into a display. Things light lights should be a knob or button something that can be used without messing with the display. Still the interior is well laid out for a truck, it is a truck after all. It is not a car but the inside of the Colorado is to us about as good as it gets for looks. The truck itself has run out well; I just completed a 500-mile oil and filter change. I hope the truck will last for a very long time at least 20 years. At my age I do not have many more purchases left in me so hope and pray it lasts. I honestly feel trucks and cars today are way way overpriced due the fact most of them barely last long enough to get off the lots. I see complaints about reliability every truck we looked at and we looked at every brand and read reviews before after 2 years deciding we decided to go with the Colorado. Why? Because all of them had huge issues so we picked hopefully the least issues. I bought and extended warranty so hopefully this covers all those issues reported. That being said, everything I have seen suggest that the 2026 the later built ones had most of those issues resolved if not all of them. We have had the truck now 3 weeks no issues so far. It is very comfortable to ride in, we have done on several longer distance trips, and it has been a wonderfully comfortable truck. The overall look of the truck is very nice; it looks like a beast and sporty We had several inches of snow here and the truck went through the snow and ice like it wasn't there, of course we were careful, but the truck did very well. The 2-wheel drive worked well, only needed 4 high when the snow was piled up waist high in the drive entrance. I can't think of a thing we dislike about the 2026 Colorado Z71 so far it has been brilliant!

Great vehicle, great gas mileage, lots of leg room. The vehicle sits really higher than you expect which is nice due to being 6’5 and not feeling like your rolling out.

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
