This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

I have had nothing but great experiences working with the team at BMW Tucson. Jayme is an outstanding service agent who is attentive, communicative, and always keeps me fully informed throughout the process. I never feel out of the loop, which makes a huge difference. One thing I really appreciate is the video walkthrough the technician sends after the service is complete. Being able to see exactly what was done to the car, explained directly from the technician?s point of view, adds a level of transparency and trust you do not get everywhere. I liked how trusting the manager was with the situation to allow me to take the vehicle for a few days to test it out before choosing to purchase. Beau Button was a great sales rep. He was very kind, courteous, and made it clear that he was focused on helping me with anything through the process. I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I appreciated him being very authentic throughout the process.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I always receive excellent service when I take my car in for a yearly checkup. Everything that is done is explained to me. Thanks!

I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro 4X in the pearlstone blue. I love the looks of the truck. It seems to be well made and is actually made in the USA. The gas mileage is not great but, it is a 4wd so the 20mpg is about right. The only things that I don't like is the steering is quite hard to turn for power steering. I don't know why they didn't use an electric assist like most other makes use instead of hydraulic. My hands get sore and tired after driving awhile, and the seats are very uncomfortable for me after driving awhile. I am going to try a lumbar cushion and I have talked to a local upholstery guy who will add padding on the bottom for $200. I'll try a cushion and see. If that doesn't work than I'll have him work on it. He said he'll pull the seat and add padding and have me come in and sit on it and adjust as needed. I thought that was a great price considering he has to remove the seat and reinstall it. I won't bother with the passenger seat. Bottom line. It is a truck after all and not built for a vacation cruise vehicle. All and all it is a better made truck with a lot of accessories that you will pay ten grand more for on a Toyota Tacoma or a Ford Ranger.

The waiting area was clean and well stocked with all kinds of reading material. The checkout/payment process was simple. I was walked to my vehicle and had a pleasant departure.
