I just came in for an oil change and an inspection as I do annually on my ProMaster van and left for home. I shopped at a grocery store and then a tree nursery nearby. Finishing my errand I got in the van and it wouldn't start. No clicks. No nothing. Couldn't get the key out either. I called the dealership and explained the situation and Anthony came down with a jump box and got it going. Still. Not sure what is really wrong with it-- doesn't seem to be the battery actually-- but he got it going. Five stars.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

My car wouldn't start. Icons lit up and noises occurred. I got it towed on a Friday to Destination Nissan. Chad said it needed a diagnostic but they were really busy. He said they might not be able to even get to it for a week and a half. However, bright and early Monday morning. He said they diagnosed it and found I needed a new battery. He called a few hours later and said it was all ready! Chad was great. I was so pleased that the problem was easily diagnosed and that the work was completed so quickly! 2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

2026 Ford F-150 review
This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.
