The easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Rino, the salesman, was very professional. He let me drive the car as long as I wanted. No pressure. Great people. I would definitely deal with them in the future.

My car was due for service, so I stopped out without an appointment for oil change and free tire rotation. The service department was busy that wasn’t a problem with getting the services completed. Ben did an excellent job of getting my information and my concern with replacing my left side fog light. I been a customer since 2011, always very satisfied with the service. Excellent customer services Ben

On April 10.2024 Stop for a oil change Jason Boismier recommended service that needed to be done . He was pleasant, after coolant flush, oil change, front brakes everything was fine except they didn’t rotate my tire it a small thing but did they forget to check my pressure also. I have been coming there for 14 years after purchasing my Nissian Murano small things matter 😔 Marlene Walker

Dante was great! Also the finance man (forgot his name, sorry). Genuinely a good experience from start to finish. I am enjoying my new car.
2026 Nissan Altima review
Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

I am in search of a used vehicle. I saw this vehicle online, inquired of information and someone responded right away. I like this kind of service when browsing on the internet, as I don't like going to dealerships just to be told the car I inquired about online is no longer available.

It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can’t express what a relief it was to be heard. Domenic has a great personality and will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. Best car shopping experience! Will definitely shop here for my next car!

Mentor Nissan review
Varian went above and beyond to make the customer experience!!! Very thankful for the willingness to go above and beyond to not only resolve an issue. But even when the issue wasn't able to be resolved by staff he FOUND A WAY to make it happen! Very respectful and it made me appreciate coming here and getting my car serviced. This is the reason I bought my car from here and it is why I continue to wait and have it serviced here VS go anywhere else Thank you Varian!

I received an email from Ganley Mayfield that due to time that my car may need some service and I should have it checked. I was able to get an appointment quickly on line and Mr. Cordis was very helpful when I arrived. It did not take long to have those items checked. I am pleased .

From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me videos, pictures and paperwork. Anything I ask for he was quick to respond. I drove over 4 hrs because of the great price and was greatly satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Mentor Nissan is a very warm and welcoming dealership and I only wish I didn’t live so far away so I could take advantage of their great service. Thank you Danny and especially Andrew Chinchar for the best experience ever buying my car. I love it!!

We had a great experience! Brian Kazdin greeted us as soon as we walked in and was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire process incredibly easy. We test drove a car and had everything completed within about an hour. We were very impressed with how quick and smooth the process was and would definitely recommend Brian! No pressure either. Very honest and helpful.

They did a great job and often on short notice. Today was no exception, and they provided a battery and installation when others could not. Thank you, David Teare
