I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
We visited Cochran South Hills Nissan to purchase a new car for myself in January of 2018. We have had poor car buying experiences in the past at other dealerships so I was apprehensive about a new vehicle. We met with Marco Corradi and he was nothing short of fantastic, it was the easiest experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle. His knowledge and caring personality really reassured us we were making a great decision. After our purchase he was great about following up to make sure I loved my new car, and when my husband needed a new vehicle this month we knew Marco was the one to call. He worked with us over the phone to answer all questions I had before we came to the dealership, and his service was excellent once again. We will continue to go to Cochran Nissan, and specifically Marco, for all our future vehicle needs!
We came in never have looked at a foreign car before. Our salesman Bill MCGovern took his time even though he had 2 other customers he was working with. Showed us a few different options, had us test drive and sat down with us to make our decision. All of the staff was very friendly ans positive. Really enjoyed the experience.
I LOVE my new car! If you want the best car at the best price, you need to talk to Alex Poarch. This is my second car experience with Alex. Each time he has gotten me exactly what I wanted or needed at the perfect price. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and very patient when you are having a hard time making a decision. I truly enjoyed my experience with Alex and everyone else at this dealership. I will definitely be back to see Alex in 3 years when I need another car! Also, a shout out to the service department. Always a great experience there as well!
My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. The car was even better than I expected! This is a dealer that is truly there for the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!
We take our van there after many years of us going to our dealership we realized that car sense is a reliable and trustworthy company who are honest and have fair prices. We highly recommend this dealership.
If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2011 NISSAN MURANO. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING AND RUST WAS ALREADY SHOWING. I TALKED TO JUSTIN , WHO HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCIDENT AND HAD ME BRING THE CAR IN. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND GAVE ME A LOANER TO DRIVE. The service department was very helpful when my vehicle started making all kinds of noises. I called they scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. They diagnosed the problem explained what was wrong and what needed done. They made the repairs and I was on my way. I have been going to them for years.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Everyone was so accommodating with us as we purchased a larger, new family vehicle. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every new feature of the car to us. He also worked with us as our schedule revolves around our infant and even came in the day he was supposed to go out of town for a family holiday!
