My overall rating of this experience, is far above the other 2 previous experiences. The NISSAN of Fort Worth dealership is courteous, but my experience this year with a new salesman, in the name of Chris Guillory has been exceptional.
The first time Chris called me i was in the middle of grieving the loss of my sister. who had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I was shocked to get the call, but Chris assured me he was trying to make my end of lease experience the best possible. He was sympathetic to my loss, and asked if he could call back at better time. Chris honored my request, and at the same time asked what my end of lease intentions were. I think he had to call several times before I could give him a definitive answer. We set an appointment, but I was not able to make the appointment time.
The end of my lease came very quickly, but then I lost my cell phone and wasn't able to contact him, but I remembered his name. When I was able to contact Chris again, he was as professional and knowledgeable as I hope he would still be. We set another appointment for today, which I was able to honor. Chris had made notes on our previous conversations, he reminded me of what we had discussed. I didn't remember an answer, and he reminded me of my previous response. I appreciated him taking notes and reminding me of what I had said.
When I got to the dealership, and met Chris, he said, "I knew this was you because I remembered your voice". if that is not a particular specific, I don't know what is. I told him I was in the dealership last time more than 4 hours, he remembered that and assured me again, that I would not be here that long. Chris worked to make sure that what we agreed upon was honored. I have a background in customer relations, so listening to a customer is of the utmost priority.
This is my 3rd lease with Nissan of Fort Worth. It is a pleasure doing business with a company who places customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business. From the time I walked in the door, I felt Nissan of Fort Worth was glad I came. I work for a luxury car company, and appreciate being a customer valued as we value our customers.
