SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
Well you get lots of help when you're looking to buy...get car home find things that don't work, contact your salesman by phone and email get no response. you would think that they would make sure everything was working before they put the car on the lot
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was recently looking for a good used car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I found one I liked online and contacted the dealership via e-mail. Brittney Smith was quick to reply to my e-mail and answered all of my questions about the car and set us up a time to come in on a Sunday to look at the car. She even e-mailed me the Carfax report and some additional warranty info I asked for. That Sunday, my wife and I met with a salesman named JD and he was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure my wife or I into purchasing anything unlike some salesmen at other dealerships tend to do. He gave us space and let us look at the car and test drive the car so we could decide if we liked it or not. We put a deposit down that day and came back the following Saturday and bought the car and took it home so we could surprise our daughter with it at her birthday party! She LOVED it!!! It was a great day and a great buying experience. I highly recommend them!!! FYI, we bought the car from the Lebanon location, but I'm sure their other stores are just as great!
3rd time was the charm for us, as the first 2 cars sold before we could make it out to see them on a weekend. We never felt pressure throughout the buying process and felt that people at Brentwood Auto were genuinely interested in helping us. It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.

We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone I know.

Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
