Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
FUN Battery EV, low maintenance/great safety stats

Funky style exterior, a blast to drive, safety ratings are great - a perfect car for college student/second car (LOW maintenance/no gas to buy).
Only drawback is limited range, so make sure battery capacity is good when purchasing used (ideally would still be within the original 60 month warrant)
Great experience walk on the lot and was met by fahim. He found the perfect truck and helped us thru the process easy and great experience
Excellent Commuter Car - Saved Me A Ton

This is a great commuter car. I was spending a couple hundred dollars a month on gas before I got this car. My work has free EV chargers so the increase in my power bill is minimal. I bought this car used and my car payment is about what I was paying monthly for gas. Such a blessing...
Most reason I bought this car from AutoNation is the saleslady Jorainna Yao. She is really patient and helpful.
I would also referred my friend to buy a Mercedes 2020/2019 GLE amg 43 next year to her.
Also the car is beautiful ! Easy to handle and control. Very comfortable for a tall guy.
Gas free is the way to be

I've owned 2 Nissan Leafs. I live by a plethora of charge stations so it was the obvious decision for me plus I can charge at work. Haven't bought gasoline in 4 years. Capable of charging to 80% in 30 minutes from empty. Must have as 2nd vehicle
Jerrod was top notch, easy from the time I emailed to ask about the car. He was up front and made the process smooth. The longest part is signing paperwork, other than that it was great.
Not Enough Range

Great concept and if you can handle range anxiety you'll do fine, but this car was not the best choice for me. Make sure you have a way to charge both at home and at work. I had neither and that's where problems began. Living in a luxury high rise, there was no place to plug in and the condo was not forward thinking to have a charger installed. There wasn't a charger at work either. I had to use Chargepoint whenever I was getting low and many times had to drive to Chargepoint then take Uber or the bus to work - kind of defeating the purpose. The 2018 Leaf solves range anxiety issues! The technology will only get better.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.

The Leaf while not having a super inspiring name or exterior is a fantastic car to own and drive. No trips to the gas station, no oil changes no maintenance other than getting a tire replaced. The car has instant torque and will make that giant F-250 behind you turn into a speck in seconds. The interior is well set up and comfortable and for me, is the most modern car i've owned. Overall, if you are looking for a commuter car (no more than 50 miles RT) this is the most amazing car to own.
