This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was able to get into exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable on their inventory and their process. I felt like I knew everything I needed to know walking out. They were open to all my questions and more then willing to work with me! Awesome experience!!
I only go to this location because of Mitchell. I have struggled in the past with communication and thoroughness of work. Mitchell takes the time to ensure I understand, delivers on what he promises and reads me as a customer. If and when you lose him you will lose me!!

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Platt Auto made the car buying process virtually stress free. Both Greg and Ray took the time to discuss the ins an outs of owning an electric vehicle without ever pushing us to buy one. When we did make the decision we didn't have to worry about add-ons or surprises. If you are in the market for electric this is the place to go. I'm already looking forward to purchasing our next car from Platt.

They gave me an excellent trade-in value for my gas car. And when I had an issue with a tire and called them to ask about it and they simply replaced them for me as part of their service guarantee! I felt no pressure from them and they were so helpful. Buying a used car in the past, I've had negative experiences, I got none of that here. They have a wide selection of electric cars and accessories at great prices, many of their vehicles still have factory warranties left on them. They have a comfortable waiting room with toys and kids movies too. Please go see them if you're even considering the switch to an electric vehicle.

Gregg Platt is an obvious devotee of EV cars with a very posiyive and helpful approach. Provided comprehensive list of all available Nissan Leafs in inventory with pertinent featurs and asking prices -- very beneficil.
Low pressure, very well informed owner about EV's and Nissan Leafs in particular. This was the third dealer I visited but the first small dealer: and I was astounded by the level of knowledge and how forthright they were about their offerings and the limitations of the cars.
Very polite, honest, and friendly - they're definitely on my short list for purchasing a car! (I'm still evaluating options)
Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
