This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

2014 Nissan Maxima review
I bought my 2014 Nissan Maxima used with 35k miles on it in 2016. I have had the car for almost 4 years and I have loved the car. I have not had many issues with it. The car drives well and is very comfortable, it has plenty of head and leg room ( I am 6'4 350lbs) and my kids can fit in the back with plenty of room with my seat all the way back. It has plenty of power and the CVT works well, the onoy down side is slightly less power from a dead stop than an automatic, but after 30mph it is plenty fast. I did a few custom things to mine just to make it unique and pop a little more. Paets are fairly easy to fine and fairly inexpensive. I only gave 4 stars for performance and value for the money do to CVT acceleration from 0-25/30 and because it uses premium gas which is expensive considering it only get 18- 20 mpg. Overall great car and would buy it again.

I am not a "car" person but am enjoying this vehicle. The keyless entry, sun roof, heated seats, etc.....the style of the body is very nice as well. Roomy enough for 5 people. I had looked at a variety of cars but for the value this was the cars for me.

2014 Nissan Maxima review
I had a 2002 Maxima. It made it through me, my daughter then son. I then decided to purchase the 2014 before the new 2016 model came out. What a smart move. I think this is the best model made. CVT is smooth. Its glides at 90 plus miles an hour. It jumps from 75 to 100 when you punch it on the expressway. I sold it to my son.....he is talking about selling it. I am going to buy it back if he does.
