If I could give Phillip and Charles 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, this was hands down the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Phillip was nothing short of unbelievable; he worked tirelessly to land us the absolute BEST deal when we decided to trade in for our new Murano Platinum. He didn’t just meet expectations, he crushed them! Charles was equally amazing, making the entire process seamless and lightning fast. We spent minimal time at the dealer because these guys had everything handled like true professionals. No stress, no hassle, just pure excitement as we drove away in the perfect Murano Platinum at an unbeatable deal. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about getting you the right car for the right price and making you feel like a VIP the entire time Phillip and Charles are the dream team! 🚗💨 Rey

Universal Nissan review
Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers

The car I was interested in was parked in front of the dealership. It was clean and ready for delivery. They assisted with financing better than I had secured. In 1 1/2 hrs, we were ready to leave with our new car. Excellent experience. Thank you Norma, what a pleasant transaction. Our 2 hour drive to this dealership was well worth it. Thank you Bonnie and Danny

My wife and I went to purchase a new vehicle and we were lost. An associate helped us with all our questions. Gino explained in detail the pros and cons of each vehicle we asked about.
2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

Rudy, our salesperson, was amazing! Had the car waiting at our arrival for test driving. The whole process was a quick but enjoyable sales experience and we highly recommend going there to purchase a vehicle!

My daughter who lives in Orlando and we live in PA has experienced 2 problems with her Nissan. Living in PA it is had for us to give her a lot of assistance. I called both time and spoke to both Shawn and Nick in service, both were very professional and help us out tremendously. This was very helpful for us living so far away. Their service department is great and very helpful.

I bought a used Ford Fiesta ( I love the car ! ) from David Crayne at Reed Nissan . He was great , upfront and just a good guy about The whole experience. Thanks to the " Biden Miracle" dealerships have zero inventory of car . Didn't get any deal , still fair price . I will give them a shot at my scheduled maintenance and see how that goes . Tim Holt
