This is the only car dealership that I will work with. It is not close to my home, but I don’t mind traveling just because of the service that I received in the dealership and at the Service Center. They truly care about their customers and it shows!
2023 Nissan Murano review
I recommend the car and the store I purchased my car (and my husband too) from. Amazing customer service, professionalism and the best part; they do anything they possible can to help and make the customer happy. I highly recommend you look for Troy Howard (sales) and Lancey (store manage) to help you out. They are by far the best professionals we ever worked with at Nissan (this is my 5th Nissan in 12 years).

The man I spoke to was so helpful and courteous and the showroom was clean and comfortable. My first time buying a car on my own and there was no pressure or steering for me to get something I did not want. Very paitent with my lack of knowledge in all things about car buying.
2020 Nissan Murano review
I love this SUV! The ride is smooth and amazing. The mileage and gas is great for a 6 cylinder! What a great vehicle. I bought the 2020 SV after researching. I am very happy with it. Only thing i wish the passenger seat had a lumbar seat! Other then that this car is a winner!

2025 Nissan Murano review
I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

2018 Nissan Murano review
I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

2018 Nissan Murano review
It is 2025 and I just bought one very exquisite, well taken care of, one owner, Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition in Pearl White, and I couldn’t be happier. Luxurious? Check! Powerful V6? Check! Value? Check!!! I think I must have bought one of the nicest pre-owned Muranos ever sold, and at a great price at that. Very Happy!

Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

Rockland Nissan review
Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. He was honest with me and I felt very secure and trusted him the entire time. He was very patient and let me look at multiple cars. I left leaving with a Nissan SR AWD and a deal that I never imagined! I would totally recommend Kenny to my family and friends. The sales manager Omar was very helpful as well. He was able to work with me to have the upholstery changed to full leather.
2023 Nissan Murano review
We compared the Murano to other luxury mid-sized SUV crossovers and felt like the Murano was a better value. The powerful V6 engine, comfortable zero gravity seats and quiet ride were better than higher-priced competitors. I like the sporty styling, and it also fits nicely in our garage. I had a 2012 Murano that I gave to my daughter after 183,000 miles. She is still driving it today with only minor repairs and expense after 11 years of big-city driving. The Murano is a great car at a great price.

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

2019 Nissan Murano review
Love everything about my 2019 Platinum except the way the engine makes a bog-down rumbling noise when the tachometer hovers at the 1K mark. My 2012 Maxima CVT did not do this. It's quite noticeable anytime I have to slow down or just do around town driving and the tach hits 1K. Horrible experience that many others discuss online in the owners' forums. Otherwise, I love the cargo room, the Bose stereo, the padded seats and the convenience and safety features.

My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. 2015 Nissan Murano review
So far we like our Nissan Murano. It's a quality, low mileage car. It has enough room for comfort on local or long trips. We like the bells and whistles and enjoy driving it.

2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

2017 Nissan Murano review
I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Lynnes NissanReviews
Lynnes Nissan review
I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.
2014 Nissan Murano review
This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

2025 Nissan Murano review
We had a 2020 Murano and we loved the zero gravity seats. We traded it in for a 2025 Honda Pilot EXL. The Honda was a very nice car but we found it a little bit too big for us. We traded in the Honda for a 2025 Nissan Murano SL. It is the brand new re-design and we love it a lot. I wish the engine had a little bit more pick up but all in all everything else is exceptional.
