Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.

I came here looking for a car on a specific budget, and upon arriving I was greeting with a bright smile and a firm handshake by a gentle named Moe. After a short conversation explaining the type of car I was looking for and my budget Moe was very quick to show me multiple cars and was happy to answer all my questions, and I felt as he truly cared about what I was looking for and he checked all the boxes for me as a sales men. We ended up finding a car that I liked and after asking for a test drive he somehow already had the key in his hand ready for me to take it on a spin. After return and talking prices we were able to meet at price that was in budget for me. I really appreciate Moe and all the effort and professionalism he displayed during my time there. To anyone going to this location I would definitely recommend speaking to Moe because he does an amazing job and goes above and beyond.

Paul Barrera was the sales associate who assisted me, and he was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions (and then some). He made sure I was well-informed throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point, and I appreciated the professionalism from everyone there. Walk in for service d/t text rec’d. Met Alex from service who was terrific the entire transaction. He was able to expedite completion time d/t my long drive home in the mountains. I stopped by d/t being in the area on business. Within an hour oil change w new filter, fuel injection and tire rotation services were completed and I was out the door! Alex explained everything very well and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I’ve always had excellent interactions and outcomes at Nissan Fontana. Inside is so comfortable! Love my second row captains chairs. Very sporty looking while having 3 rows and good space. Sound is amazing on the SL 4wd with premium package.
