Kelly Mac was very helpful, she helped us actually find a good deal. She wasn’t deceptive, she was Kind, gave us options, she wasn’t pushy, she was knowledgeable, and helped us make our own decisions. She really fought for us just to have a decent deal on a car. Very great person!

Since the first time I arrived to the dealer they were very helpful. And let's not forget Dillan, who was the one who showed me the truck.

Just completed the most painless new car purchase I have ever had! I connected with David Reznick by email, I gave him the stock # of the vehicle I was interested in, we met at 4 & he had the car cleaned up & ready to test drive. No high pressure sales, we just talked about my needs & expectations. He then introduced me to the finance manager Justin Shannon, again, no high pressure just real conversation. I soon walked out with a new car & was very happy with it! Overall, the total process took 2 hours!!! I chose to add a few accessories to my new car, Jeremiah in service helped me out with that, made it really easy & kept me posted on the progress until the car was finished. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here!!!

Daniel Bedolla was awesome to work with. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and I was in and out in record time. Thank you!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the vehicle we purchased. There was the slight hiccup when diesel fuel was put in the unleaded tank prior to our test drive. Carlos Elias-Perez was incredible, courteous and professional. My father who will be 91 YOA this year was placed in intensive care (Georgia) a few days after our purchase. We had no qualms about taking an 1,800-mile road trip. Thanks!

I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

Worked with Cody R, would recommend him and his team, over the top customer service!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

Peoria Nissan review
I will start off that they were helpfull and wanted make my daughters purchase experience a good one. They were not overly pushy and asked my daughter questions to be assured she was getting a vehicle to suit her needs. Now for the purchase process. They were helpfull on negotiating a fair price and trade value. We told them before going to finance that we did NOT want extended warranties or a bunch of add ons. However, when we got to that part. The overall cost increased substantually, they added on extras!!! We had to be there much longer then nessasary to fix what we told them not to do from the start. We were able to negotiate a fair deal. Now to the aggravating part. While trying to discuss things with my daughter, extremely loud music started playing over the intercom, interupting our conversation. I had to yell out loud to the salesman that I'm trying to buy a car and I can't hear or discuss this with my daughter. He replied that they are celebrating a sale. So they think its ok to irritate all of the other people in the building to celebrate one sale. I think that serving customers should be celebration enough. They also offer the new buyer to ring a large dong after a purchase. I can understand that. But the extremely loud music was just over the top. I was told that a couple walked in while the noise was blasting and turned and left. So to celebrate one sale, they lost another. I was about to walk out myself. I tried to convence my daughter to go somewhere else and look at other vehicles at others dealers. However, she was impressed with the vehicle she test drove and wanted to stay. I hope they take the time to review the annoying music idea and find a better way to celebrate or just realize providing good service is celebration in its self.

Peoria Nissan review
I drove all the way from Northern California to Peoria to buy a used vehicle, and this dealership is, quite simply, amazing. They made my trip completely worthwhile. Matt, Ricky, Kevin, Martin, and Nick are truly committed to their customers. Matt, my salesperson, had everything arranged ahead of time, so I was in and out quickly. The entire purchase and trade-in process was seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. It was absolutely worth the 10-hour drive!
