Jim Shorkey Nissan of Gainesville review
Thank you Trevor Giddins for your above and beyond service and help finding us a vehicle. We were not in the best of situations and Trevor made it easy and reassured us the whole time even with our little ones. Thank you Trevor your the best this was unforgettable!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

Jim Shorkey Nissan of Gainesville review
Started looking for my wife a new car and popped in to look. No hassle at all we test drove some cars and found what we liked and wanted. Trevor Giddins helped us tirelessly with letting us try different cars and colors. After decision was made it was late in the day on a Saturday evening and the team stayed late to get the deal done. great pricing and offer for Trade. I was 100% happy with the team but Trevor made it a very pleasant day. I will be returning next year for a new truck for myself. Thanks Jim Shorkey team and especially Trevor Giddins for going well above the call!!

Anthony was great as always. He gave me his cell number so I can call him anytime to set up an appointment or ask questions. It is like he's my personal concierge and I appreciate it.

I did my research, but the experience was even better in person, they had what I wanted in stock and at the best price, Paul Guyton really went the extra mile of trying to put the whole deal together for me and my family

I certainly regret this review, that I was wrong, it was my mistake, when I looked at the car I didn’t inspect it thoroughly and what I didn’t like was the gas tank without a cap, it’s just a new model but there’s nothing you can do about it, but otherwise everything was fine. If, of course, I had decided to immediately think and buy a new one instead of supporting it, then I would have been fine. And now I greet Mr. Scott and Mr. Chris. I thank them for their respect and attitude towards me.

Gwinnett Place Nissan review
Last weekend my wife, daughter and I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan where we bought a new Nissan Armada. Our salesman was Taylor Grzegorzewski and he was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Taylor was very helpful without being pushy in helping us to narrow down our search. We felt like he had our best interests at heart and as a result we bought a vehicle we love, at a very fair price. Thank you Taylor and Gwinnett Place for putting us into the first Nissan we have ever owned !
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.
