I had to locate a vehicle quickly since my vehicle was totaled. I inquired about a van online and received an immediate response. Joe took the time to answer my questions and set up an appointment for me. I received great customer service from Parvaz and Vince in getting the deal done. Throughout the entire process they kept me informed, answered my questions and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. I can honestly say they all reduced my stress level considerably in this experience. I can???t thank Vince, Parvaz, and Joe enough for their professionalism and assistance. My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!
I found Rich Otto at Eimports 4Less through TrueCar. I was out of state and needed a car 10 days before leaving out of the country. Rich was amazing at helping me navigate what I wanted and what his dealership could do to help during a very stressful buying situation. I never felt pressure and I learned a lot from Rich. I was impressed by how fast he always got back to me with answers. He and his dealership really worked to try to help me find a car in my price range and get it delivered to me. I did not end up purchasing from Eimports 4Less and Rich, but I really wanted to because they were one of Friendliest dealerships I interacted with. I highly recommend them.
We ended up spending a lot of time here, but it was because we weren't completely prepared. The gentleman who helped us, Ian, was an excellent salesman. He didn't push or rush us for any reason, and he was incredibly patient while gathered everything that we needed. We ended up driving away in with a new car and paying what we had in mind when we walked in. If you're looking for a new car and don't want the pressure of a greedy salesman I would highly recommend this dealership.

We are extremely happy with the deal we got at Tri County Toyota. Bruce Bransfield was our salesman and he did a fantastic job working with us. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns and we never felt pressured or rushed. We will definitely be returning to Tri County Toyota when it's time for our next vehicle.
A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)
We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business.
Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra,not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy.
We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon.
Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots.
I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!
