CarMax Miami (International Mall)Reviews
CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

I loved this car but they wouldn't bend for an affordable payment. Looking for better deal, or wait for better rates maybe somewhere else to shop.

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines review
I had an excellent experience working with Wilfredo Cordero. He was extremely friendly, professional, honest, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Wilfredo truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and confident with their purchase. His honesty, patience, and great customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Wilfredo Cordero to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would definitely work with him again in the future. Five-star service all the way!
2021 Nissan Rogue review
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace a Lexus ES 350 that was 11 years old. I was prepared to keep that car forever, but it was totaled in an accident. I went to CARMAX looking for another luxury vehicle, and then I saw this Rogue Platinum. It looked like new, but it was 5 years old with under 40,000 miles on it. It was Pearl White with an Absolute Black top. The exterior had only a small blemish on a rear door, otherwise it was perfect. What sold me on the car was the interior. It was a Saddle-and-Black combination with top-quality leather not found in this class of compact SUVs. Being a Platinum trim level, it had every option one could imagine - more than my old Lexus had. The interior also looked brand new. The car is comfortable, quiet, and brilliantly appointed. I've seen both great and terrible reviews on the Rogue, so I did purchase the CAREMAX extended warranty. I have had the car for only a month. Will it continue to delight me or disappoint me in the months ahead? Time will tell, but I love it now.

A special shout-out to Fernando Sanzetenea, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions, explaining my credit inquiries, showing me different vehicle options, and running multiple payment scenarios until I felt completely comfortable with my decision. He also helped me find an amazing insurance option. The entire team, from finance to the staff who cleaned my vehicle, was wonderful. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
