Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

Well let me say this Service Department is way better than the ones that I have been to in the past. Roy was funny at the time of write up and he kept me informed while it was in the shop. GREAT place if you need to get Service done right.

Family. That's the feeling you get at every step of the purchase process. From Victor, our salesman who kept us at least two steps ahead to Cesar in Finance who finished the deal, we were treated as family. Like most people, I hate car shopping and I do not hold car salesmen in high regard. Went to see Derek Rice at Nissan Greenville and he, and the dealership changed my views on both. My wife and I were looking for a good quality car for a good price; they gave us that. Derek was friendly and seemed attentive to what we were looking for. We were interested in a car but he noticed a problem that could potentially be a costly fix for us on down the road and, not only did he tell us about it, he discussed it with a member of the service team, Nathan Olivade, and Nathan actually came out and gave us his honest opinion of the situation, so we didn't buy that car but did find another car that was more suitable to us. Honesty in the used car business; now, that's refreshing. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful, and the dealership was clean and comfortable. The Finance Manager, Will Nobles, was friendly and nice and, all together it was a pleasurable experience. All of our future used cars will be bought through Derek Rice at Nissan of Greenville.
