I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
2023 Nissan Sentra review
It's a great car, I came from a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 190,000 mi on it. I may be slightly biased but it's very quick and sips gas. If you're looking for a transportation vehicle, I would totally recommend this. It's a beautiful car with lots of technology and very stylish exterior.

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

2023 Nissan Sentra review
Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

We had hoped to have a good car buying experience when we went to Anchor Subaru and instead we had a great experience with our salesman Frantz. He listened very well to get an understanding of what we were looking for. In a short time he had shown us one of a few cars that became exactly what we were looking for. We decided the next day to trade in our other car for a new Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled and we love both of our recently purchased cars. All of our interactions with Frantz were very easy and accomodating. We had a hitch put on one of our recently purchased vehicles and Jack in the Service Department handled that experience so well. The waiting room at the dealership is very relaxing and roomy. Snacks and drinks are available as complimentary. Anchor Subaru stands out as a top dealership! We have purchased vehicles here before and it is always a pleasure.
