As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

I wasn’t expecting to buy a new Pathfinder as I was basically killing time waiting for an order to be completed at a near by business. As I was walking through the lot a salesman, Dan Holloran, approached me and asked me if I had any questions. Dan was not overbearing like other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. To make my review more concise I had a pleasant, no pleasure buying experience in a short amount of time. I will pick up the vehicle after an additional piece of equipment is added to it at my request. If the rest of my experience with Kelly Nissan in Woburn is as positive when I pick up the Pathfinder I would add an additional star to my rating. I may also return to buy another truck in the near future.

After an accident that totaled my beautiful 26 year old perfect condition Acura I had to pick a new car. I never considered Nissan. I decided I wanted a mid/small SUV with a bit of style. Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.
