I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
The service was speedy and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff. They are always helpful and courteous. I can???t stand having to do any maintenance but I don???t mind it slightly less because my experiences have been very nice!
Started off strong then fell flat. Took 3 days to get possession of brand new truck then when I got it, I called first thing the next morning to inform there were 3 scratches on the doors. I was told I would be contacted to have this taken care of. It???s been since Wednesday... Today is Sunday.

I worked with Matt Lopez, Barber Honda's Internet/Fleet Department Manager and he was able to beat the pricing of every Northern California Honda dealer by thousands of dollars. He was also very easy to deal with. He was very upfront and transparent with taxes, fees, and pricing and provided a hassle free experience. When I arrived at the dealership to buy the car it only took 1 hour from when I entered to when I left to complete all the paperwork and drive out of the dealership with my new Pilot! I was helping an LA friend, trying to get an agreement on a car and price over the phone. As you all know... this is a no no in this business. Well it worked out extremely well at this dealership, and Pat was great....what a square guy...very fair and reasonable. In today's world of internet knowledge, busy customers, and economic times...a person and dealership that will work with you and help the process along is like water in the desert. Thanks ! I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
I recently purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox in January and I couldn't of felt more like family. Manuel Arellano made us feel like top priority and did everything he had too to make sure that we drove off in the vehicle we really wanted. I never felt so comfortable about purchasing a used vehicle than I did here at Limited Motors on so. Union Ave. Their vehicles here are top notch and look brand new. They make sure that you drive away in luxury and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future.
