I just got a 2018 Altima with 10k miles from a small local dealer. It was almost four thousand dollars cheaper than the Nissan dealer. I love all the new features like remote starter and blind spot warning. The car drove very good and hope to have for many years

When I went in I told Quentin I had 2 requirements. I wanted something that got good gas mileage and handled well in snow. I ended up with a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Not only did I get exceptional service, I got an exceptional car. It has more than met my 2 requirements. Thank you Quentin and The KC Summers staff. You are an awesome group of people!

This car was very reliable and comfortable for an everyday drive and/or long distance. The interior was designed very well to fit the needs of the driver and its passengers. The drive is smooth and easy--high recommend.
I made an appointment to get my oil changed because of an email I received from KC Summers offering oil, filter, and lube for $39.95. When I called to make the appointment the man asked if I wanted a tire rotation because it'll be the same price. So after my service (which was completely satisfactory) I went to the desk to pay and the receptionist told me the total is $50. I asked why and she responded 'I don't know, I just take the money.' I told her about the email offering $39.95 and she said 'no one told me about that.' I couldn't find the email and she wasn't able to answer any of my questions so I just paid the bill and left. As I was at home looking at the receipt I decided I wanted to talk to one of the technicians and maybe they could explain to me the price so I called and asked to talk to someone and was connected with the same girl (because the technicians had left for the day) and she said basically the same things to me, that she doesnt make the prices and she can't help me. I was pretty disappointed in the experience and am honestly still confused why an oil change costed me $50. Also, I recommend training the receptionist to be able to read and explain receipts to customers because the service papers can be a little confusing.

I happily drove away in a new Nissan Rogue. Barbara Satterfield was the sales person who assisted me. What first got my attention was when I emailed her about a few vehicles I had viewed on the website. In the past, as soon as my email was delivered, my phone started ringing. She replied to my email as soon as she received it and asked my preference, whether text, email or phone call. She asked what options I was looking for and helped guide me in the right direction. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly and if she didn't have an answer, she immediately went to someone who knew and got the answer. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely comfortable and made my buying experience very nice. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Barb and KC Summers. Barb gets a 2 thumbs up from me!

I'm pleasantly surprised how reliable and comfortable this car is not.
Not only is it beautiful, but all of the options like the Apple connection, heated seats, and luxurious leather are a plus!
Not at all happy with my last 2 visits to the service dept. As I sat in the waiting area with many other customers, quite a few employees came in & never smiled, spoke or even acknowledged any of us were sitting there. They were very rude , as if they were " better than us". The gentlemen at the service desks were very polite & went out of there way to make me feel welcome. Also, I was told there was nothing wrong with my car & there was definitely a problem. After bringing it back in a second time with proof of the problem they finally found the issues. I have spent approximately 4 hrs. over the course of 2 days in the waiting area & will be coming in a 3rd time to get the problem hopefully fixed for the final time. I have been coming to this service dept. for many years & have also bought several vehicles here. Lately, I am treated & feeling like " just a number" & not as a customer who was once appreciated. Not happy with the service.
Nissan makes a great vehicle. Good buy.

Looked at many SUV’s. The Armada is a great deal for what you get. Very stylish design, third row seats lay just about all the way flat which is perfect for our two large dogs. Surprisingly the Armada drives like a mid side vehicle and also has plenty of passing power when needed.
Barb Satterfield helped me find the car of my dreams and for such a great price, we will be clients of her for all our vehicle needs! Thank you!!!!

As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.
Do not have anything negative to say... I have owned mine for about 6 months! Gas mileage is awesome! Comfortable roomy and relaxing car... This vehicle will be perfect for my son when he starts driving and I purchase a new Nissan!
I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Chrysler store in Mattoon, three of them from Kristy Goeckner. That girl is AMAZING! She is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. Everyone there genuinely cares about the customer. I also love the friendships that the coworkers seem to have! Everyone is always so happy and chipper and joking around with each other. I will always buy from Pilson's! :)

This truck has been a great vehicle. Love the roominess and power. Doesn’t feel like I’m stuffed in there. Only a few inches shorter than a suburban. Very easy to park and drive. Power is all there when you need it. Only reasons for a 4 out of 5 star is the fuel economy, but I didn’t buy this a a soccer wagon I bought if for utilitarian purposes so I’m not really concerned with economy.
I purchased a Journey off of Randy McDonald. He was simply amazing person to work with. He helped answer every question that I had and he let me look around and shop for the right vehicle for me. I was happy with the care that he gave to me and my girlfriend he treated me like a real friend if not even a member of his family. I will continue to purchase vehicles off of randy and all of the PILSONS team.

Comfortable car but too overhyped

I wanted this car over a year but I test drove over
7 and each one had major problems or previous damage mostly related to the engine. This car doesn’t seem reliable as the engine and transmission are the top major things that go wrong first for this car. And it’s too overpriced (since it’s Nissan). I went for a Ford Escape because it has all the same features but more affordable and reliable!
