Elder Mitsubishi - Killeen review
I have had my new Outlander for almost a month now, I love it so much!! So happy G was there to help me the whole step of the way! It was my first time buying a new car and he answered every question. Danny was also great! He made sure I understood everything I was signing! Loved both their personalities ? Definitely telling family and friends about Elder Mitsubishi in Killeen!

Excellent facility the ambiance is pleasant. The owners took care to induct a nice culture of talk and treating customers well. Transparency on the repairs and issues is very good they offer you the videos for evidence. Overall all a very good place. Roundrock Nisssan can learn a lot from Cedar Park Nissan.

the best car i’ve ever owned! the average repair bill went from $2000 to $40 - that’s right forty average. i have adapted to home charging and DC Fast, but i say that’s a pleasant change from Big Brother’s plan for the rest of you…

Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

Isaac Reyes was very responsive with price quote. The price quote has no "hidden fees" like dealer fee, protection package, theft protection, warranty, cleaning fee, etc.! Only $225 doc fee and usual tax+title+registration+inspection fees. This dealer does not negotiate which is a good thing. Their prices were one of the lowest around me. Isaac was prompt to notify us when the vehicle we were interested was sold (while we were waiting for the other quotes)

2019 Nissan Leaf review
Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

2015 Nissan Versa Note review
I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

2018 Nissan Leaf review
I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

This dealership is outstanding,, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Austin was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had buying a car from top to bottom this dealership is top shelf. I live in San Antonio and drove all the way to Austin to experience Mercedes-Benz of Austin I'm glad I did. I would recommend this dealership because their pricing is unprecedented their service and care down to the last detail is impeccable. Kudos Mercedes-Benz of Austin, I plan to buy another car from here soon.

Working with Rob Symank was a great experience. Rob is very courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and professional. The entire customer experience was excellent. So excellent that my wife and I purchased two new vehicles just days apart. Also, dealing with the entire Douglass staff has been very positive. We had a small warranty issue on one vehicle and it was handled very professionally and satisfactorily. I have nothing but high praise for Rob and for Douglass Nissan.

DOUGLASS NISSAN OF WACO review
From Michael, answering my call about the ad, to Jim showing me the car and guiding me through buying process, to the manager filling out and going over the contract, every step was downright pleasant. Not what you usually get when buying a car. Thank you all at Douglass Nissan.
