Honda Windward review
Had a loose splash shield and Justin fit me in during a busy week. Justin and the rest of the Honda Windward service team have taken great care of our family Hondas for over 20 years!
2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2023 Nissan Versa review
It's a very reliable vehicle for the price, even with the CVT which I have. The drivetrain just takes some getting used to. The vehicle is very durable mechanically. I bought mine with 35,000 miles and so far no complaints. Just make sure to stay on top of the CVT fluid changes which are imparitive, and it will run and run... And run.

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

Jessica was great, great customer service and face of the front desk, and very informative. Wait time for the oil change was extremely long (over 4 hours), and I had an appointment.
2014 Nissan Sentra review
I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

2023 Nissan Frontier review
I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

Told my salesman Joe that my goal was to have them write me a check after I buy a new truck from them. He said okay skeptically but then I told him I have a 2025 ram rebel level 2 with the title in hand. Long story short I got a 2026 Nissan frontier and got wrote a check for trading in my Ram. Yes it?s a downgrade in truck but it?s what we need at the moment. Joe was on it every step of the way. He had everything ready and the process was streamlined. Mahalo Joe and Windward Nissan!

King Windward Nissan review
We were in NEED of a new car, with no desire to get a used one. We were looking at the Costco auto buying program and met up with Jessica Kondo at King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe. She made us feel very comfortable at the start, greeted us like family, listened intently as we expressed our NEEDS, WANTS, and DESIRES. Took our information and left to go meet her manager. I?m not going to lie, we were worried we wouldn?t qualify for what we wanted, and we would have to settle. Jessica came back and told us congratulations you qualified for the 2026 Nissan Rogue! My friend went on a test drive, LOVED everything! The smooth ride, roominess, all the wonderful features that it came with and Jessica made it so easy to set up the functions on our phones! While our car was getting detailed and gassed up, we met up with Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects of the car, patiently explaining the warranty packages and the fact that he made us feel like it was our decision based on our needs and budget was a big thumbs up from us. We apologize, that at this writing we did not remember the manager?s name who was very instrumental for our being on cloud 9 (still)! Every aspect of our car buying experience went smoothly, and we can?t say enough positive things about Jessica, Christian, the Magician (manager) AND the awesome detailing staff! Muah! Aloha and Mahalo from two grateful customers!

They made the process so easy, offered me a great rate compared to other places. Even got a rebate shopping through the Costco auto buying program. They also give coupons for oil changes, free car washes, and free safety checks for the life of the vehicle you purchase. See Thomas Kondo he?s a great guy.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Went in to just look at a used car, we had been shopping for 2 weeks all over the island. Walked in, went for a drive and loved it, Bob L showed us the numbers and we countered and done. We drove off with a “new” car... He made it so easy it was amazing.
2023 Nissan Leaf review
This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

I have a 2020 Nissan Kicks SV, and I love it. King Street Nissan keeps me informed on servicing and my agent who sold me my car Antonio H., also recently offered to install my roof racks that he helped me purchase. I just love the care of the Nissan family. Mechanics, receptionist, agents, reminders of up coming servicing. They're super friendly and helpful. Buy your next car from King City Nissan and you'll have an awesome support family for the life of your car.

Honda Windward review
Honda Windward truly goes above and beyond! I brought my car in for a safety check and to take care of a recall, and the entire service experience was amazing. They make you feel like family rather than just another customer. Our service provider, Kanoa, was wonderful. He even remembered our names and who we were, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. We also had to take the shuttle, and MJ was incredibly friendly & kind to my daughter. She enjoyed the ride so much that she actually asked if we could go back again! It’s the little things like great customer service, genuine kindness, and making your customers feel valued that really stand out. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Honda Windward, Kanoa, and MJ, for making what could have been a stressful service visit such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate you and will definitely be back!

Excellent Auto CenterReviews
Excellent Auto Center review
This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.
2019 Nissan Frontier review
Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

Great service, easy to schedule appointments and very efficient with completing the service. Never have an issue with scheduling or any type of errors on my service if it’s for a recall or just maintenance check up.
2026 Nissan Sentra review
Very surprise car here. Had a 1986 Sentra, that’s it. Stayed away. Until Nissan figured out the CVT and boy they hear the people. Updated in 2025 to also aid the engine performance. Glad they did. Styling spot on. Atlantic grey with off-white synthetic leather(zero gravity) seats. I bought the SL model end of 26’ sale. MSRP that I wasn’t paying with lighted door sills and they Atlantic grey up charge $30k /3500 trade in $26,001 out the door tax, title, tags. This dealer in Bethlehem Pa has a 20/250k free powertrain which helped the CVT purchase. Every option available in a luxury car was in this one. Pro-pilot assist / heated steering wheel/seats. Engine is fine. Don’t know what the grips are. Acura ILX has similar power same displacement. These are economical cars. I get 38/40 mpgs

Ever Cars SFReviews
Ever Cars SF review
I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
2024 Nissan ARIYA review
Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.
