I walked over from the body shop just out of curiosity. I was greeted quite pleasantly by Bill Regenberg. The first thing out of my mouth was I'm not ready to buy for two months. Bill said no problem and began to introduce me to a few of the models. By the time we were done I had fallen in love with a Focus that was exactly what I was looking for a financial arrangement that was great and she was mine. Thanks Bill and your colleagues.

We had an amazing experience at Paducah Ford! Our salesman was Mike Felker & I would recommend him to anyone! He was an honest man & he has a great route set up to test drive your vehicle. He did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted. Our credit is shot, & we still left with the car we went in to buy. I would rate 10 stars if I could! I have no complaints for Mike, only praise! My one complaint is, someone else at the dealership (I'm guessing a finance guy) tried getting us into a vehicle we absolutely did not want, because "the bank would more likely finance us on this certain vehicle." After we showed our displeasure & discussed leaving, he said he would try again to get us in our Equinox. Long story shirt, we left Paducah Ford with the car we went in to buy. Very friendly staff & I love how Mike Felker did not haggle us! He let us make our own decision & never tried to push us into something we did not want. & in return, he made a sale & lifelong customers! The only reason we did not leave when they tried putting us in something else other than what we wanted, was because of Mike. We shopped multiple dealers all weekend, & found the equinox we loved at Paducah Ford. All the other dealers haggled us to death & tried putting us in vehicles we didn't like, so we left & will never step foot in those car lots again. Mike saved this deal! Thanks so much for such an easy & happy purchase!
Purchased a Dodge Durango and due to the outstanding service provided by Mike Felker, my fiance and I went back the next week and purchased a 2018 Ford Focus. Mike was more than just a salesman. He treated us like family. He even came in on his day off to accommodate our work schedules. During the test drive he planned the perfect route in order for is to see the vehicles capabilities. We live out of state about 3 hours away and Seay Motors made it very easy for us. They had all the paper work done and waiting for us to get there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely buy from there again.
Needed a new truck for my son. Brett gave us a good deal and a good price for our trade. The truck came with a 60-day 2,000 mile warranty and we purchased an extended warranty. Just before the 60 days ran, but after the 2k mile limit, we had problems with what we thought was the transmission. I called Brett and he said to get it checked and let him know. As it turned out it was the plugs, coil packs and wires. These weren't covered under the extended warranty. The total cost was $1,300. Although they were under no obligation to do anything, they paid half the cost. These are stand-up guys.
The team that I met the day I purchased a vehicle, was fantastic. Brett, Brady, Rob, Chris... and if I am leaving someone out, I apologize, all of you are wonderful people and purchasing a vehicle from your lot was a smooth an easy transaction. These guys here went above and beyond the call of customer service. I took a risk and drove from Georgia to this dealership in Kentucky and I was definitely pleased with what I experienced. Not only did they have the best price around they found me a interest rate that was 1.25% lower than the one I was going up there with through my bank. After everything was finalized I asked if they had any other wheels that I could purchase that matched the factory specs because I wanted to save on fuel mileage. The sales manager Brett says, "yeah! You can just have them! Take em with you. They're just taking space up in our shop." Dealers from my past experiences try to squeeze every dime out of you that they can. Not these guys. They were more than generous in every way possible. It felt like I was just talking to the guys I go to church with. I'll definitely be looking here in the future. It was well worth the 700 miles round trip.
