I would like to say that the experience of my car purchase from your dealership was a nice experience! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted and placed with an AWESOME sales person. His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. Once we decided on a car (we???ll several cars), he made it his mission to make sure we looked at everyone in person. He told us all the features in comparison to the previous car viewed. He kept us within our budget while getting the car that we wanted. He made this experience a GREAT one! Thank you!!

The service department was very helpful when my vehicle started making all kinds of noises. I called they scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. They diagnosed the problem explained what was wrong and what needed done. They made the repairs and I was on my way. I have been going to them for years.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We went in looking for a vehicle for myself and my soon to be wife. We were greeted by Tyler. He told him that we had a very strict Budget, he understood our budget and actually cared, unlike other dealers we visted. Tyler helped us select the right vehicle for us, and went the extra length for us. He is a really great salesman and is not like all other salesman. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Tyler, he will treat you right, and actually help you make the right decision.

He didn't treat us like every other car salesman we went to, he was different, and caring. He helped us pick out a vehicle that we liked and that would fit our budget. I stopped in looking for a new 2500 Truck! Tyler helped me threw the whole process. He made sure that I understood the truck, and made sure that it would do what I needed it to. Tyler was a great help, and Brandon was a great help in the Fiance!
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
My husband and I thought we had thoroughly researched the Nissan Rouge and new that was the vehicle we wanted. Justin explained all if the different styles of the Rogue and made our decision very easy. We were undecided as whether to buy it lease. He took the time to work out both aspects and became our sounding board as we tried to make our decision. We decided to buy and finance through Nissan. Another comfortable experince with Mike. Jeff Krivickas did an outstanding job of guiding my husband and me through the buying process. He was kind and so patient as he educated us on the tech features of our new car and we left the dealership feeling very comfortable with our Corolla hatchback.
Had no intention of buying a car that night and it was 20 minutes before closing. But the price, low miles (12k) and the remainder of the included 7yr/100k power train warranty was too good to pass. They gave me a great deal on the extended bumper to bumper warranty for 7yr/100k. No pressure. Friendly staff even though they had to stay 2 hours after closing to finish the paper work. Washed and gassed it and I was ready to go.
We loved Andy Ebel who helped us select a new Kia. He was very knowledgeable on what brand is reliable. And we loved the warrenty he presented to us. Great place to shop for a new vechile.
