Went in on a Sunday with only a hope of getting into the Durango I was interested in. Ended up getting way more than I expected on my trade and a great rate. The process only took a few hours and everyone I interacted with had great customer service. I didn't feel rushed and they got me into a 2018 car with around the same payment I had for a 2015. I had a great car buying experience at BMVW. The selection of electric cars is unparalleled with any other dealership. We were allowed to take the car home for a try out over the weekend, which was very comforting. The price stated never moved. We are happy with our Kia Soul EV+ that still has 2 years of factory warranty left.
The buying experience was awesome. I am not one for a lot of sit down negotiating with a car salesman and Nita made the experience painless. I submitted my credit application and supporting documentation in advance so I wouldn't have to be there for a long time. I will be referring her and sending my friends to her and will buy my next vehicle from her. We are a Chevy family.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
My service Manager - John Mannering is great. His customer service skills and concern for me is always Top Notch!! As a senior citizen I have seen many dealerships and service departments, from what I was told and what I have experienced I will continue to go to the Toyota South for purchases and service. I pass up others dealerships closer to my home.
