First Texas HondaReviews
First Texas Honda review
I was very pleased with my experience at First Texas Honda. From the beginning, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The repair process was handled smoothly, and I was kept informed throughout every step. I especially want to recognize Aidan for his outstanding assistance. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and even arranged a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. His willingness to help made the whole experience much easier. I also really appreciated the effort the team made to work with the manufacturer to resolve an issue that could potentially have been covered under warranty. They took the time to pursue it rather than simply leaving it for me to deal with. Overall, I felt very well taken care of. It was a smooth and stress-free experience, and Aidan in particular deserves recognition for the way he treated me and handled everything. Thank you to Aidan and the entire First Texas Honda team for the great service. I would definitely recommend them.
1995 Oldsmobile Aurora review
I bought my baby in 1997. Never had to be towed. I currently have 137,000 miles. I promise my wife I would sell my Baby in 2007. I will now place an add on my baby for $2700.00.

Best place in Grand Rapids to buy a classic! Their showroom is spotless and their cars aren't crammed in there like the other guys. Friendly owners AJ and Jeremy that truly know cars and want to help. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants to purchase a quality classic.

Whenever I reached out with a question or a request for information regarding the vehicles I expressed interest in the staff at this dealership were responsive, never kept me waiting, and they understood when I had to move on. They expressed a willingness to assist me in the future, and I appreciate that level of professionalism.

Private Collection ChicagoReviews
Private Collection Chicago review
This was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. All transactions were via the phone/internet without any hassle. The salesman Naz was extremely helpful and the finance rep Travis was fantastic. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen and over the internet, but the team at Platinum made it so easy. They arranged car financing, vehicle transport to Connecticut and an INCREDIBLE warranty to go along with a super price on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Platunum to anyone who was interested in one of their vehicles. I would look to them first when buying in the future!!

This car is now my summer car as I have the convertible model. The styling is unique and beautiful, and we have no problems with it mechanically.

Christina, my sales rep, is professional, courteous, and understanding. She answers my questions and gave a follow up phone call a couple of days after I took the new car home. Chris in service is great. He is the guy I call when I have a question about the mechanics of the car. They treat me very well-both sales and service.
