I haven't had many car buying experiences so I was a bit nervous when I went to visit Darcars. However, once I met the salesman Moe Makadji, all my nerves went away. He listened to us and answered all of our questions with honestly. He really knows his stuff. He also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but was quick to learn and find out the answer. Even though our dream car wasn't there the first day we visited, Moe kept in touch with me. A week later, he let me know they had another car that came in that was exactly what I wanted! I'd recommend Moe to anyone, he made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I purchased my 25 gladiator from them on August 28,2025 and my salesman Chris was awesome, at no point did they make me feel forced into something. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and everything they had to over. They have my business and will tell others about it!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Great customer service, honest approach. Would buy from them again couldn't have asked for a better experience! The entire transaction from contact to purchase was smooth, hassle free, and very time efficient.

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

We bought our Jeep Wrangler here and have chosen to get all the service done there as well even though it is an hour away. We appreciate the friendly staff and have had nothing but good encounters with the sales and service staff. I brought my Jeep in for a recall and was a little early but they took it right on and had me on my way before my original appointment time.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.
