My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I never thought Dodge built the best van of the century ! It was the most convenient in style and capacity I have even seen the only thing missing is the cruise control ! So far it’s my best caravan it’s sophisticated at first cause I am old school from a dinosaur technological disadvantage era but as times goes on owning it for three weeks it gives me and my dog a haven to transportation for all our summer journey together! I love it better than my old Chrysler minivan!

2019 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Only having the vehicle for a few weeks, I can see this will meet my needs. It drives and handles nicely, and has the ability to carry passengers and cargo depending on the occasion. Predominately it will be a cargo carrier for training supplies, so with the 'Stow-n-Go" seating I have plenty of room to haul my training supplies. For a 6 cylinder, it is also getting very good gas mileage (this is very helpful too)!

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2022 Kia Carnival review
We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA
2014 Toyota Sienna review
We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

2007 Honda Odyssey review
My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. 2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
