While producing Cash, Credit, Chocolate and Tea in Salt Lake City as part of Sundance Institute Applicant for Documentary Film Fund, after finalist for Academy Film Scholarship from Academy Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, CA, (Keanu Reeves inspired), I was happy to walk into this gorgeous luxury retail environment and see the vehicles of my dreams as well as learn about the options for colors and styles. I love the brand and love German technology. It is a dream to cover each of the vehicles, own them, know them, share them, and especially the green, hybrid, electric options that are now available.
I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. Not bad for a 550HP vehicle! I am super happy and offer a sincere Thank You! to the team at Auto Palace!
My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii. Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle. Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing. I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.
Todd Smith was Excellent! Very Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, along the entire staff. From the Sales Manager Sean Johnson, who was quick and genuinely happy to greet and thank us for our purchase, to the Finance Manager Robert Palidora, who was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was outstanding! They had the exact car we inquired about on a Friday, and Todd remember to call us prior to us making the trip to assure us it was still there when we agreed to make the trip up on Tuesday. My first purchase in 2012 was wonderful experience with Tim Welsh. As the years have gone by , I have also dealt with Ed and Griffin in Sprinter Sales, all of the sales personnel making car / van buying a very easy process. John and Michael in service have been keeping the " fleet " running perfectly, Finance department easy to deal with, and of course Richard who knows everything about the MB lineup and never far away to help navigate the MB command system.
They had the car I wanted at near the right price. Managed to get them down some and got them to include a car cover. My Sales person worked REALLY hard to get me the financing I required to get into this car. Not to many bank were willing to do the deal on a car over 100,000 for 84 months and so little down, but some how they managed it. Granted the rate isn't good but I plan on refinancing as soon as possible. But they got me in a dream car that new MSRP was 208,800, and over had 6754 miles on it. My experience at Porsche’s in Wallingford was a great one. The purchasing transaction was seamless. Communication with the salesperson was very good. The three persons that I encountered were very professional.

The people at the dealership enbody the talian experience that the car itself exudes. Giuliano is a great person to represent the Masarati brand. I was also finished with the paperwork within 1 1/2 hours. Amazing!
