Mercedes-Benz of Fort MitchellReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell review
I couldn’t be happier with my new Mercedes-Benz! The vehicle is everything I hoped for and more, with the perfect combination of luxury, performance, comfort, and technology. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service I received from Alex Woods and Noah Smith at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell. Alex provided excellent assistance with the vehicle features and technology, making sure I was comfortable with everything my new Mercedes has to offer. Noah was equally impressive throughout the sales process—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Both went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to customer service made all the difference. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and Alex and Noah made it exactly that. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell to anyone looking for not only an exceptional vehicle but also an exceptional buying experience. Alex Woods and Noah Smith are outstanding representatives of the Mercedes-Benz brand, and their service deserves to be recognized. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family!
1992 Porsche 911 review
I think the 964 has gotten a bum rap. I have owned a 1992 Model 964 for 7 years. It has been very reliable. It isn't particularly fast by contemporary standards but fast enough for most traffic and road conditions. I was a bit concerned about the dual mass flywheel issue with the 964 but after forking over a few thousand for various deferred maintenance shortly after buying the car it has been very trouble free.

2018 Porsche 911 review
After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

I have dealt with many dealers in my time and Kings Mall Porsche is one of the best. Ron (my salesman) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Nicole in finance was terrific and had me out of there in no time. Anyone looking for a new or used Porsche check these folks out because they do offer good customer service.

2023 Porsche 911 review
What can I say, the benchmark of sports cars. I have a 4S Cabrio. I chose the 4 as I like all-wheel-drive, even in Florida. Better grip. The S also has more horsepower. Build quality and fit and finish our superb. The ultimate sports car without all the problems of the Italian cars. You’d be hard to find a car with better handling and Performance. The look is timeless. There’s no mistake at what you’re looking at when you see a Porsche. Great car.

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
This is a really good dealership. Pate was a great salesman and Hannah was a great finance manager. I was skeptical in the beginning but they both came through on what they said they were going to. Hannah actually got us a better rate than my own credit union financing at the dealer and when I say “better” I mean 5.5% better. I didn’t believe her but was proven wrong in the end. I recommend them very highly. Both were very professional even when I wasn’t. Let’s just say I provided some good training material for “de-escalation” techniques during my lapse in professionalism and overall douchiness. I’ll have no issue going back there to buy again. Honestly, I would prefer to buy from here only actually. They’re honest.
2001 Porsche 911 review
My 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera (996) is an example of German engineering at its finest. The known IMS bearing issue was taken care of, allowing me to have no reservations about driving the car anywhere. Although it's not a turbo model, the car performs like it's made for racing. The Spanish word 'Carrera' translates to 'race'. When you put the car thru its paces you know why it is named such.

1995 Porsche 911 review
Good review of a very desirable car but if you want credibility, research why the key is on the left. It's there for Le Mans starts ... remember, drivers ran across the track, jumped in the car and drove off without seatbelts fastened. Having the key on the left allowed the drivers to start the engine with the left hand and shift to first with the right - the cars were all angled off in the direction of the track so as soon as the engine started and the car was in gear, the hands would be brought back to steering.

2014 Porsche 911 review
This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

Thank you to Mike Gerber for great customer service in the purchase of my new 718 Cayman. I absolutely love the car! We had to negotiate a bit, but it was a quick and easy process overall. Mike is a straight-shooter, super pleasant, and he made the experience positive. I would highly recommend Porsche of Kings Auto Mall for any interested buyers. Ask for Mike, and he'll take great care of you. They have an awesome selection of cars and are also willing to help find exactly what you want. Looking forward to adding my next Porsche to the collection. Thanks again guys!

2017 Porsche 911 review
The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

2020 Porsche 911 review
the 911, and the 992, especially, is the perfect daily driver- beautiful styling, enormous power, and reliability. I'm not sure what the other reviews were complaining about, it looks like they may have bought a 'lemon' this is my 5th 911, and i'm addicted- you can't go wrong my only complaint, is the additional costs for features that should already be included in a $140,000 car!

D-Patrick Motoplex review
I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!
2015 Porsche 911 review
What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

My experience with Bluegrass Porsche today was absolutely seamless from the phone call requesting service to check in with David Roberts and the videos from the mechanics, which explained exactly what had gone on with the car were perfect. I could not have asked for more professional and timely service for my Porsche Cayenne.

2023 Porsche 911 review
This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

2020 Porsche 911 review
I used to own this C4S and it caused me freak out multiple times if I would take to the train station to get to work the battery wouldn’t work most of the times I got it replaced but it just wouldn’t work. Performance is great though. I wouldn’t daily it would though that’s why I switched the 2022 BMW M850i it’s luxurious it has decent power sound great stock an is very reliable and also looks pretty good. Overall get it if you have 2 or more cars don’t if this will be the only one.

Knowledgeable and responsive Service Advisors. They explained the scheduled maintenance and reviewed the service records to if any other work needed to be done while the Macan was there. If not done, this info allowed me to schedule it later.
2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.

Worked with Ian to buy a C8 on 12/24/24 and the process was fast and very easy. After 10 minutes we agreed on a very good deal and the rest was easy. The car was as described, and I was very pleased overall. Ian checked out my carrier and made sure it was safely loaded on the truck with pictures. Will be back for my next car and highly recommend these guys!

The 991 series of the 911 platform is one of their best ever. This car is a joy to drive. I did not think that I could leave the manual 6 speed of the 996 series but the PDK transmission has exceeded expectations!
