I had to unexpectedly replace my focus after an accident and bought a new Jeep from CCAB. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from these gentlemen. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling as well as financing from outside lenders, which I needed. From first stepping on to the lot and then to driving away in my new Jeep, I was met with excellent service. I am incredibly pleased with my used car buying experience. I am in love with my new Jeep and I will return here for future purchases !
I had been shopping for a used vehicle for about a month and happened upon Midway Motorsports. I called ahead of time to make sure the Vehicle i was looking at was still available. I spoke to Eddie the salesman and he assured me it was still there and when i went in to my surprise it actually was. I test drove it and made a deal on the spot and i could not be Happier. Everyone was Great i was in and out in a timely manner and the Truck is Perfect. I'd recommend Midway Motorsports to anyone looking for a great deal and none of the run around like most stores Great Service.
Blair does not stand by the vehicle he sold me. The transmission needed repairing, and he said everything else was fine. I've had check engine light after check engine light. Failed sensors. The transmission after his friend's rebuild shifts like crap. Tried to get help under his 6 month guarantee on the transmission, but he told me not to contact his friend. He did everything he could to prevent me signing up for additional warranties. When I contact him for help he says it's an as-is sale and i'm SOL outta luck.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Told Jeff what I was looking for, my price range & he showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for and drove home in it that after. Jeff went above and beyond to get me in my new car. This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Ozzy’s. We have never gone back to the same car place, ever. We will be back when we have to replace our Jeep that we originally bought from them. My experience with Auto Quest was smooth from start to finish. I worked with Kevin to get into a beautiful BMW and took it home within 2 hours. They had the vehicle ready out front for me to test drive, let me drive solo, and didn’t tell me when to be back. In the finance department, Scott helped me out with a fair loan offer. Overall, the selection at Auto Quest is top shelf. The cars sell themselves. I didn’t feel pushed into anything. All my questions were answered honestly. I recommend doing business with them!
Was interested in advertised small Toyota Pickup. It was sold by the time I was able to look at it. Spoke with a salesman -- sorry, don't remember name -- who was very helpful and stated he would keep an eye out for something that would be suitable for me. Not wanting a daily driver, am a 70 year old widow who simply needs a small used pickup to haul things and with a canopy to take large dogs to mountains and beach for walks. My late husband's 4-wheel-drive is too large and tall -- have trouble getting into it and driving it so want something smaller. In the past bought a T-Bird from you that was my all-time favorite car!
The most impressive thing about the whole process was that they listened to me and tailored a deal to my unique needs. Bill Z was great for addressing my questions about the car and T.J. walked me through the whole process, once we agreed to terms. I would definitely come back.
I reached out after hearing the commercials, asked the right questions, went in with copies of all the required documents and or had them scanned in my drive to email, went in, picked a car and was out within a hour and a half. Carlos the sales guys, he was great. The internet guy, delayed in responding for a day or two, Carlos made up for that. Ricky was great and had us in and out. Left with a practically new car. No complaints here. No central AC with is probably why things were rushed and Mike doesn't have great customer service skills...but again, over good experience.
