Drove down 5hrs from Virginia to look at a Range Rover they had listed. I was a little hesitant due to "bait and switch" tactics I had dealt with from several other dealers. But Rich and the HiLine team reached out and kept me updated until I was able to make to the dealership around few days after the inquiry. And when I arrived the vehicle was there and in great condition! Rich was a great salesperson to sit with and Carl was prompt with the financial paperwork when closing the deal. Great dealership experience. I've worked in the car business financing cars and I must say this is how it should be! Wish there were more dealerships like this here in my area, but it was well worth the drive!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership.
