Just wanted to leave a review about my experience with Main Line and dealing with my salesman Adam Corenzwit, from the min he got back in touch with me, and that was right away he walked me Thur the deal step by step and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity, I never in my life have dealt with such an upfront and sincere straight forward salesman as I did in Adam even when I had doubts about moving forward he told me even if you don’t buy the car from us make sure you buy a car with these options because if will hurt in the long run, I asked him why he told me this even know I wasn’t going to move forward with the car they where selling, and he told me once you drive this car it’s not going to be your first of many of them your going to buy so even know it didn’t work out this time hope to do business with you in the future, it’s all about building relationships that’s what sets Main Line apart from the rest, he wasn’t kidding this guy answered my texts on the weekends when he was off and at night because of my hectic work schedule, if I can give him 6 Stars I would have, hands down the best experience buying a car I ever had from start to finish it was smooth and never once pushy like other dealerships and even called me after I left with the car and told me my phone is always on if you have any questions or problems you want to address I’m always a phone call away, he offered to stay late if I couldn’t make it on time to pick Up the car, offered to come in to meet me on his day off, guy is a all around great guy felt like I did 10 deals with him look forward to dealing with him on my next one, I even wanted to buy a car cover after I left and he sent me the link and told me exactly what one to order it’s the all around experience for me that set main line and Adam apart from the rest and I have a Porsche dealership 8 mins from my house and when with them instead and I’m happy I did.

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii. Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle. Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing. I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.

I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii. Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle. Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing. I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!
