Porsche Stevens Creek review
As someone trying to buy his first Porsche, especially in the used-car market, the process can be surprisingly overwhelming and frustrating. Kris and Tammy completely changed that experience for me. They were incredibly patient, thoughtful, and transparent throughout the entire journey, making the process comfortable, efficient, and, most importantly, trustworthy. Their level of service truly reflects what I believe the Porsche ownership experience should be. They are arguably the best car sales professionals I’ve ever worked with—not only because they are extremely detail-oriented and patient, but because they are genuinely passionate about cars. They know the nuances of each model, understand the history and what really matters when evaluating a car, and take the time to explain everything rather than simply trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that they wanted me to fully understand what I was buying and what to expect as an owner. Even when I had questions or needed to think things through, they never made me feel pressured. Kris and Tammy went above and beyond to make my first Porsche experience a great one. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a Porsche.

Porsche Stevens Creek review
I had an amazing experience working with Kris at Porsche Stevens Creek. From the beginning, he helped me secure an allocation for my 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS and guided me through every step of what turned out to be a very exciting journey. One thing I really appreciated about Kris was his genuine passion and knowledge of Porsche. As an owner of multiple Porsche vehicles himself, he was able to share valuable personal experience and practical recommendations while I was customizing and configuring my car. His advice was extremely helpful and made me feel much more confident about the choices I made for my dream Porsche. Kris was there throughout the entire process—from securing the allocation and placing the order to following the manufacturing progress and keeping me regularly updated. I never felt left wondering about the status of my car, and I truly appreciated his communication and attention throughout the long wait. When my car finally arrived, Kris made the purchasing and delivery process completely seamless and enjoyable. He even prepared a special delivery experience by covering the car with a black tarp featuring the Porsche logo for the reveal. That thoughtful touch made receiving my new dream car feel even more special and memorable. Buying a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS was a dream come true for me, and Kris played a big part in making the entire experience—from allocation to delivery—so smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking to purchase their dream Porsche. His knowledge, experience, professionalism, communication, and genuine dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience truly set him apart. Thank you, Kris, for helping make my dream Porsche a reality!

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I had expressed interest in one of their used cars & was cordially invited in for a test drive. When we arrived, Alex (sales coordinator) had the car ready & handed the keys to me & my S.O. & said, “Have fun”. That particular car did not work out for us. Alex looked in the area for one the would, but without success. Everyone that we met was very friendly & more than willing to welcome you to their dealership.

Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

Hyundai of Gilroy review
I recently purchased a car from Gilroy Hyundai. From the moment I walked in the salesperson was very knowledgeable and did not feel pressured. The negotiation process was straightforward and finance manager clearly explained the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Went there without forewarning them or appointment. They had the part, and I was in and out in less than an hour. They are the best.
