Was less then impressed on a previous visit, but didn't realize that the car I wanted to test drive, was unavailable due to showroom construction and NOT the fact that the dealership didn't have time for a test drive. Overall, the dealership has been a positive experience... A recent trip on June 23, 2018 was a very favorable experience. I received a very fair number for my trade in as well as a nice discount on the car I was interested in. Excellent visit!! Sometimes there is more than meets the eye...!

Had a deal done completely remotely and out of state. I appreciate the patience of the salesman, and he did everything he could to smooth out the process. Such a great car-buying experience. They don't fool around; they are straight to the point with prices, which are amazing. The entire experience was quick and painless. I emailed or texted some questions I had; Federico answered every one without any “sales games." The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). One of the sales managers, Ace, and Salesman Rashid were tremendously helpful and transparent in providing information/videos as well as in negotiating a fair and competitive purchase transition. They further assisted in the shipping of the vehicle to my Midwest home. The transaction took less than a week from the time I I called and first spoke with Ace until the delivery of the vehicle to my Midwest residence. Overall outstanding and professional service and open and frequent communications throughout the purchase transaction.
