I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

This was a wonderful buying experience from end to end. My salesman, David, was wonderful, as was the Finance Manager, and everyone else I met at the dealership. I plan to be back!!

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

I was looking for a car for about a week, spending 2-3 hours a day on it. It was very important for me to find a dealer who could help with financing, had a good selection of cars, and had great reviews. That’s how I found this dealership. I bought a car from these guys, and Bryan sold it to me. Big thanks to him! He was polite, professional, and even let me test drive the car by myself. That was really cool because I’ve never experienced that level of trust before. Bryan is a great manager; he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He just let me make my own decisions. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. The guys are so confident in their cars that they even offer a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can get up to a month after the purchase. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy a car. Great selection, outstanding value for money, and excellent service. Nobody is rude or pushy, and they won’t force you into anything. For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!
