One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

My advisor, Luke, was excellent and made sure all recalls and repairs necessary under warranty were done. Communication was clear and timely and pricing was fair.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Awesome place to come and shop for a car. We had seen Godspeed Online but has no idea what we were in for until we go there. SO many bueatiful cars to look at and friendly staff. We ended up purchasing our new car here after going to a couple other dealers and the service from Godspeed and Drake was far better than anywhere we had been before. I will be sending people here and returning for my next purchase as well.

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. Bose surround sound .. great information systems .. a well thought out and built SUV .. no disappointments so far ….

I loved the buying experience! I didn't expect to buy a car that day, but I worked them to my price so I decided to buy. The car was well detailed and Mike even went as far as giving me a half a tank of gas because the car was on E. I would highly recommend Mike he was an awesome guy to work with. I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

Eric Don-Jordon in the Parts department is extremely good at his job. Attempted to order a limited edition Salzburg No. 3 set of espresso cups for my new espresso "island" in my kitchen. This set was limited and only two sets remained in the US Porsche inventory. I ordered the first set from another Porsche dealer but unfortunately one cup came loose in shipping and broke the other cup. I called Hendrick Porsche and Eric assured me that he would make sure these cups were properly packed and would arrive to me in tact via UPS. That's exactly what he did! I don't think I ever received any product in my 55 years on earth that was more carefully packed. He used cylindrical inflated protection wrappers, which wrapped around each cup and saucer. I literally believe this box and the contents could survive many trips over Niagra Falls! I'll go to Eric first in the future, knowing he is competent and understands what is needed in todays environment of shipping services like FedEx and the USPS, in which drivers don't care about what they are doing and will throw packages around with no concern for the contents or the damage of the shipment. You could have kicked this box from the truck to my door and it would have been just fine! Thank you Eric Don-Jordon for such great care with a small inexpensive item that I wanted in my collection! Needed to come in for my first oil change after purchasing from Brittany last October. Had to reschedule due to the snow storm the prior week and my work/school schedule. Waiting area was clean and clear, coffee tasted good. Service was quick. Got a video update showing no visible issues under the car, then completed my oil change and a wash. Total price wasn?t bad. Got me out of there so I could get to class on time.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I would like to strongly urge anyone in SC/NC/VA/Ga or anywhere else in the world that is looking for a great automobile at a great price to go visit Mike and Terri at Bagwell Auto Sales. They actually do what every franchise dealer says they can do, they (Mike and Terri ) make the buying experience enjoyable! I didn't want to leave! If you ask for an out the door price, they gladly and cheerfully provide it! I had been shopping for a month, Mike's price was about $3000 LESS than the best other price I could find. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)
