Test drove a car they had just reduced the price on to below book value, and jumped on it because others were looking at it too; Ed was not pushy at all. The paperwork/processing took a long time, but I left a couple hours later, and Ed was nice enough to deliver the car to me the next day all the way across town. I will definitely consider M & F again next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

I have already told two people with current vehicle issues to check out Zia. I linked with them through USAA, and was able to look through 10-15 vehicles, Representative Don Baca running back and forth for keys, before giving my wife and I time to narrow down our financial ability and vehicle needs. After having looked at product with four other dealerships, Zia had the most used car selection in every car category, upfront pricing, and inspection reports available to look at. Their patience and buyer accommodations was appreciated.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I was buying this hard-to-find car from out of state, flew in wondering in the back of my mind if maybe the car I would drive home and the price I would wind up paying would be different than what Reese's Car Connection had presented online and over the phone. Not to worry - the reviews are right, and these guys are legit. Reese and his crew were true to their word in every sense, gave me a great deal on a clean car, made the whole process as easy as it's ever been - even picked me up at the airport in a Mercedes. I would buy again from these guys in a heartbeat.

Bought a ‘14 Chevy Cruze and absolutely love it! CarGurus informed me it was a great deal under KBB. Paul and Jeda worked with me and the service department took care of the factory warranty repairs while they supplied me with a loaner. This way I was able to drive my daughter to her first day of high school in a fabulous, clean car instead of the ‘91 Civic I’d been driving. 10/10 will buy my next car from them!
Ashley Ortiz was great to work with. She was patient and made it so stress free. I bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue from her. I love this car. When I had trouble with the ???kick??? motion to open hatch, she sent me a little ???how to??? video (just for me)! Now I call that customer service.

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
Auto shopping is worse than a visit to a dentist unless it???s at Tillery Buick GMC. We are repeat customers and each time we???ve enjoyed an excellent experience. Peter at Land Rover of Albuquerque was very helpful in learning the complicated details of my new Discovery. He stated that he would help me to learn other uses of the vehicles software by making an appointment with him, a day before that meeting. I purchased a certified car from this dealer. Great communication with the internet sales rep and the finance office. MB offered better financing terms than my local bank. I had a short layover in Albuquerque, the salesman took the car to the airport very early in the morning for a text drive. The dealership was flexible with vehicle delivery (they stored the car for over a month). Only one hitch, I specifically asked (via email) if the car was equipped with Bluetooth streaming audio. They answered "Yes", but in fact the car had Bluetooth connectivity for the phone, but NOT for wireless music streaming. Overall this was a very positive experience, as expected from a Mercedes dealer!
