I purchased a beautiful 2012 BMW 528i from Iconic Auto yesterday. This is a small dealer but I was impressed with the quality of their cars and the attentiveness of their staff. You can tell that the vehicles they choose are carefully selected using a high standard. The owner, Hayden Horton, was warm and helpful and best of all he was not off-putting like many car salesman types. I worked on my deal with Tyler and he was great in every way... friendly, helpful, and he listened to my needs to help me feel comfortable in the deal-making process. Overall, I will contact Iconic Auto first anytime I am in the market for a great value, high quality, used vehicle. Thanks Guys! You made the auto purchase process fun again. Five Stars!!!!!

Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
I have to say they have an excellent internet team...they were not pushy like a lot of dealers are...I needed information and received it with no problems... I'm still looking for a certain vehicle at a good price...they are right in line on there pricing with other dealers....I would recommend talking to them and see if you agree...There EXCELLENT

I am what you call a car guy. I have personally purchased more than twenty cars from Metrolina and each and every purchase is like my first. Excellent customer service each and every time. They are all honest and fully disclose everything in order to make me feel comfortable with every purchase. The personal touch they give you makes a “regular guy” like me feel like a VIP. The service department is top notch they can fix everything and the customer service there is just as good. They make me feel like family. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else just go to Metrolina and enjoy the experience!!! It’s so worth it.
