Cowboy came to our rescue and they had the truck towed back to the dealership. He stayed with us to make sure we were okay and the truck was safely back at the dealership. The service department was very professional and took care of all the problems that developed with the truck. We were not charged for any of the repairs. We are so grateful for all the staff that worked on the truck. We purchased the truck for our grandson for his 16th birthday. He now has his standard transmission that and is so happy. 2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.
