Toyota of LouisvilleReviews
Toyota of Louisville review
I wish that my car shopping journey had begun here, because I would have been spared from the typical anxiety and frustration that most dealerships and slick car salesmen bring to the car-buying experience. My AWESOME TOYOTA salesman was Kevin Willis. Kevin demonstrated the Toyota customer service philosophy when I arrived 2-hours before the dealership closed, and even though his shift had ended, Kevin stopped to ask if I needed help. I was sold on TOYOTA of LOUISVILLE before I had even selected my new car, because of Kevin's professionalism, honesty and thorough knowledge of TOYOTA products. My experience at Toyota of Louisville was refreshing, and vastly different than my experience at another Toyota Dealership. If you're shopping for a TOYOTA product, begin your search with TOYOTA of Louisville, and you'll understand what I'm talking about. TOYOTA OF LOUISVILLE is a 5-star business, with 5-star customer service and 5-star TOYOTA professionals.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Oxmoor ChryslerReviews
Oxmoor Chrysler review
We had an excellent experience with the entire Oxmoor staff during the purchase of our new 2026 Ram 2500 Laramie. Our search started on their website where not only did they have a user-friendly site, but also upfront pricing, where they also listed Ram and Oxmoor discounts. Our salesperson, AJ, was honest and helpful. If he didn?t know an answer he found out for us. He was also very willing to search for other vehicles if what we found online did not fulfill our needs. We quickly settled on a Ram 2500 Laramie and with the advertised upfront pricing made making the deal easier. His manager, Chris, was friendly and efficient. He quickly provided an acceptable offer for our trade. Even though we had preappoved financing he worked to get us a better deal (and, in all candor, financing through Oxmoor helps their business). Eric, the business manager, worked with us regarding completing all the purchase and finance paperwork and reviewed additional vehicle protection options with us. We never felt pressured to purchase anything. We are very happy with the purchase. The entire transaction from the time we walked in the door until we drove off the lot was only 3-1/2 hours. The entire team was easy to work with and we would definitely purchase a vehicle there again.

Oxmoor Chrysler review
Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Vehicle and service was very good. The tires were cupped and I replaced them. No worries it was bought as is.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Ray's Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I live out-of-state and purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I was not disappointed! The Jeep I purchased was in immaculate condition, just as described. Jeff and Bruce were great to work with. The title arrived before my vehicle did and all of the paperwork was complete. They were great in working with the transport company and my Jeep arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Ray’s Ford and would not hesitate to purchase over the internet if you have any reservations. Now the fun part - driving my new vehicle! Thank you!,

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. We are happy customers and will purchase from them again. Thank you Josh Barrett and Chris Hammer!!!
