CarMax SouthlakeReviews
CarMax Southlake review
A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Hennessy Honda of WoodstockReviews
Hennessy Honda of Woodstock review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Stars for Nick Swafford From the moment we walked into the dealership, my wife and I got a great vibe from Nick right away. He was welcoming, genuine, and incredibly easy to talk to, none of that usual sales pressure or games you expect from a car lot. A few days later, when we popped back in without an appointment, Nick surprised us with perfect timing. A trade-in offer came in just in the nick of time for the exact vehicle we had our eyes on, and he made it a priority to make sure we got it. Even though he was clearly juggling four different customers at once, he somehow managed to give everyone the attention they needed without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. That alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Nick was straightforward and honest—no tactics, no runaround, no gimmicks. Just a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish, and that’s exactly what made working with him such a relief. Also, a huge shout-out to Greg in finance. He made the signing process smooth, informative, and stress-free. Greg took the time to explain everything clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and we genuinely appreciated how professional and patient he was throughout the entire transaction. If you’re in the market for a Honda, ask for Nick Swafford and make sure Greg handles your paperwork. You’ll be glad you did. Highly recommend!

CarMax RoswellReviews
CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Very helpful and an overall good experience. I would recommend them and would use them in the future.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall
