New and used 2026 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Mount Airy, MD

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

This is hand down the best dealership experience I have ever had. Diane, Tony, and Derrell were the A-team. They were friendly, patient, did not pressure you in any way, worked with me, annd... they actually seemed give a crap about me. I left with a big smile.

No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. He went above and beyond to fix all my car problems and also kept me updated throughout the maintenance window and gave a clear explanation of each step. Great customer service compared to what I used to get in other car dealers.
