After taking the car home, I did run into a few customer service issues that initially dampened my excitement about the purchase and overall dealership experience. However, Andrew completely turned things around. He personally stepped in, took the time to resolve my concerns, and went above and beyond by walking me through all the advanced technology features in my new vehicle. Since my last car purchase was back in 2013, there was a lot to learn—and he made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. David on the tv ads said they had stock. And they had decent stock. Said don't charge extra. And they don't charge extra. And the ram 1500 they had, it was perfect for me. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.

I wasn?t to thrilled they sold me a truck with a bed liner in it but then told me if I wanted to keep it I had to pay extra for it. If that is the truck you sold me then that should have been discussed before I finalized everything. Especially being the general manager of the dealership who tells me it?s going to cost him money to remove it how about I charge you to keep it. In all honesty that bed liner shouldn?t break the bank.
