2016 RAM 2500 review
In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

That's what sent me on my hunt for a 2500 and once I found my 2016 RAM 2500, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. I hauled 1600 lbs of rock the day after I bought it and the truck didn't even notice it. Very pleased.

I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

2016 RAM 2500 review
I have had my truck going on 5 years I bought it used. It’s my work truck, office and recreational vehicle. The issues that I have had are regular maintenance and wear tear. The truck has a firm ride so if you hit a pothole or bump you will feel it. I pull trailers 6 days out of the week and the truck is a work horse. Gas mileage is good considering what you are driving. In pulling a trailer I usually get 12-13 mpg. When not pulling a trailer highway mpg is usually 16-18. I bought my 2016 RAM with 30,000 miles and now have 112,568 miles on it. I due regular maintenance on it. My opinion I started getting better gas mileage when I changed to K&N cold air intake also added better torque.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job. 2016 RAM 2500 review
This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.
