I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service garage. The service techs were proficient and fast. I was being driven home within 10 minutes. If you are in the market for a car Matt West is excellent, although he was promoted he will still make sure you are taken care of.
I went to several dealers looking for my new truck but Bill Estes was the best by far. They were not pushy let me test drive the truck on multiple occasions, let me sleep on the decision without a follow up phone the next day. I felt like I was buying a truck and not being sold a truck.
I had my new jeep in for a front end issue and the service team did an excellent job (Jason Shores and the team). They could have done a quick fix, with not alote of cost to jeep or Bill Estes, but no, they lived up to what Mr. Estes talks about. They were honest, upfront and made the extra effort to get it right by replacing the parts that needed to be replaced. Jason Shores was excellent to work with and I will do all my jeep dealings through Bill Estes.
