My buying experience.

First of all, I hadn't bought a vehicle in 19 years. When it was time to do it again, I started my search online. Of all my requests to numerous dealerships, only DOW had answered. Ted Ackley from DOW wrote that he would be available to answer any questions I had. I told him I would be back in town in a couple of weeks and he replied that he would be available at any time. When I actually came to DOW, Ted was the most knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I had ever worked with, because he answered every question and gave me his time with no pushiness. If he had, it just wouldn't have worked. He tried everything to give me the best deal and finally, the deal I accepted. He said he would always be available to help with any questions I would have in the future. Even though I came with my husband, Ted directed every issue to me and not my husband, even though it was obvious that they got along. This kind of respect made the buying experience a joy. He bent over backwards to make everything easy. Thanks, Ted and to all the staff at DOW. I will return for my future car and/or truck purchase.
