Friendly dependable service with quality GM parts and quality lubricants. The service scheduler that I Always use is very knowledgeable and always accurate in the details he, Chase, provides. I would give him 6 stars.
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

This has been a great dealership to work with. Great prices and seamless delivery experience. They got me a Raptor R in Shelter Green and delivered it to me 200 miles away and picked up my trade in. Can't say enough good things about their business and their business model.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

Akins Ford review
If you’re looking for an easy, stress-free vehicle buying experience, ask for Matthew Mashburn at Atkins Ford! From start to finish, Matthew was outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and made the entire process feel effortless. One thing I appreciated most was that he handled about 90% of everything over text, which is my preferred way to communicate. It saved us so much time and made the process incredibly convenient. When it came time to come to the dealership, we were in and out in just an hour and a half. Even though everything moved quickly, Matthew never rushed us or skipped over anything. He made sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase, gave us a thorough demonstration of every feature on our new Expedition, and made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. To top it all off, he even sent our kiddo home with ice cream, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Matthew truly went above and beyond. He made us feel valued, respected our time, and delivered one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend asking for Matthew Mashburn if you’re shopping at Atkins Ford—you won’t be disappointed!
2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

2025 RAM 2500 review
Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
2017 RAM 2500 review
Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Very easy process and knowledgeable staff. Matt Breedlove was a great guy to deal with on my purchase!
2017 RAM 2500 review
I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.
